Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use the Checkers website, game and community features.
Using the game
You may play for personal entertainment using the available guest or account options. Keep your credentials private and use a display name you are entitled to use. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the server, manipulate results or use automated tools to disrupt other players.
Fair play and community
Use chat, comments and challenges respectfully. Do not post abusive, unlawful or misleading material, private information, spam or content you do not have permission to share. Repeated challenges, deliberately stalling a match and attempts to bypass clocks or submission limits can disrupt the service.
Your contributions
You remain responsible for comments and feedback you submit. By submitting a public comment, you allow the site to display it as part of the community discussion. We may hide or remove material that violates these terms, investigate reports and limit access when necessary to protect other users.
Availability and progress
The service is provided as available. Connections, browsers, maintenance or service changes can interrupt play. Browser-only progress may be lost if site storage is cleared. Online clocks continue during an active match, and leaving or failing to move may end a game according to its rules. Points and levels are game progress indicators and have no cash value.
Content and contact
The site’s original artwork, code and writing may not be republished as a competing service without permission. These terms do not grant rights to third-party material. Use Feedback to report a problem or raise a concern. We may update these terms as the service develops; changes take effect when published here.
